Desde la fundación de LA FONTANA, el objetivo siempre ha sido entregar contenido de calidad a nuestra audiencia. Precisamente, ese es nuestro foco: quienes acuden a nosotros para informarse.
Es la audiencia el motivo que nos lleva a perfeccionar, sistematizar y jerarquizar una forma de trabajo óptima en la que primen los valores periodísticos y éticos necesarios para el ejercicio profesional.
Por lo mismo, se hace necesaria la creación del presente Manual de estilo. Es obligadamente útil la existencia de un documento que justifique, instruya y norme cómo los periodistas, redactores y todo el equipo de nuestro medio debe actuar frente al mayor tipo de circunstancias posibles.
El presente manual -fruto de una investigación profunda del quehacer periodístico en Iberoamérica y las maneras de comunicación local y nacional- es un imperativo para construir un diario digital de calidad y cantidad.
A lo largo de las siguientes páginas, entregamos criterios, procedimientos, formas y el estilo que deberá caracterizar a LA FONTANA ante otros medios de comunicación y, aún más importante, ante nuestra audiencia.
Se han elaborado numerosos apartados que tratan, en detalle, sobre la conducta, el desempeño profesional, la redacción periodística y la uniformidad que debe primar en nuestro medio.
